I contacted MIIYONI 3 separate times (twice via form and once via email) about a customer service issue I require help with and was ignored every time. There's no way to get in touch with anyone from this company. I eventually sorted the issue with Royal Mail myself, no thanks to MIIYONI. I advise against using this company, which is a shame as it seems great in theory.
