When I first enquired about ordering hoodies I explained that I had had a bad experience with a company last year who messed up the order and sizing, and the replacements were worse than the originals. In contrast I have found Hoodie World to have been professional, helpful and the experience has been made simple for me. Communication was frequent, the proofs were exactly what we needed and they arrived in very good time. The hoodies are great quality and our staff and kids love them. Have used many times for our university surf team merchandise, and have never had a problem! Everything is easy from asking for the design and to finding out when the delivery will turn up (which is always earlier than expected). Highly recommend and have asked our merchandise officer for next year to continue using them!
