I am eighty six years of age and have used Higher Nature products for as long as I can remember. Those which I use regularly are omega capsules, vitamin D, zinc, astazanthin, visual eyes, sometimes a week of easy iron or a multi vitamin pill. I have no medication from my general practitioner.
