Please do not use Royal Mail for shipping abroad. I’ll pay the extra for fedex, at least it will arrive. Been waiting over 2 weeks for delivery. No joy following up in the tracking reference. A real let down for my first time ordering again after a long break from your products. Sorry. It is so. I appreciate it’s the Brexit situation, but I receive delivery by fedex from the UK with no difficulty and easy to pay customs fees on line!! Shaun.
