I have been ordering from this company for a few years and have always felt happy with the products, service and delivery. However, I ordered my product on 12th May and have not received it yet. Today is the 19th. There are problems in the world and in this country which I do appreciate, but I have paid double to this company due to product increase as well as increases in delivery. I will not order from them again and will try and find a substitute.

Excellent indeed

I don't know what has happened to this company of late, but it has deteriorated radically. I have been a customer for many years, and have recommended it to friends and family, but no more. They discontinued True Food C, which was especially suitable for sensitive stomachs and suggested one that wasn't, but their latest stupidity was to recommend Aloe Vera Skin balm as an alternative to their intimate lubricant called V Gel! Membership always used to include a small sized item from a choice of several. Now they offer a choice from pairs of products, so you end up with at least one product you don't want! Suffice it to say I shall be looking elsewhere for the other supplements I usually order from them. Very sad that they should have gone downhill like this, both in range of products and attitude.

I've used Higher Nature coconut oil (flavour free) for several years and I love it. I'm now a pensioner so I've taken one star off because the oil is expensive when compared to other cooking fat, so I wish the price was lower but without loss of quality.
