I have bought the same migraherb tablets from you for about 3 years and since lockdown you have doubled the price of them. In response to your reply, you have not had them in stock for months and put the price up after they came back in !

I like the service in overall, but for international shipping I didn’t get tracking number. In the email about sending the order it said “no number”, but it was FEDEX delivery and in fact it had a number.

Everything as you would expect when ordering online. The 2 items I ordered were correct and delivered in good time.

Products are fabulous. Customer service is excellent.

Was not sure if to write this but felt feedback was needed, this is not an issue with the products (they are great). But the customer service I recieved from the gentleman on the team was simply unacceptable. He was rude sounded fed up and kept just going quiet not even attempting to help. This is in contrast to the service I have always recieved. I think more training many be needed with him. Simply being nice would be a great start. A. Gibson.
