Delayed deliveries, queries ignored
For the third time, I waited ages for my order to be delivered. I used the contact form on the website to enquire when I could expect to receive it, but nobody bothered to respond. I'm very happy for all the customers who have a great experience with HN, but I'm rarely one of them.
