I have used Aeterna Collagen Serum for many years and the product is a must for anyone needed a boost to their skin. My skin is very sensitive especially around the eyes but this product is perfect and extremely gentle but gets results. Higher Nature have been in operation for a long time and they have very well sourced products in wonderful combinations and all at a reasonable price

I have dealt with your company for many years, but recently I have been very disappointed. Errors made on our orders, delivery sheet in the order with no pricing on, so you don't know what you have paid for each item. Very poor service.

Clear information. Not long to wait for delivery

I have recently had experiences, one was buying a fish lsbelled Plaice, which was never in a million years plaice, abd second bought a half bottle of whiskey which had been, I discovered when I got home, broken into. and about an inch and a half had been drunk, and also I bought a pack of kippers, only to find the bottom was open so all the butter had been lost. I told members of staff, no compensation.
