Well packaged speedy service

I have supported and bought items from Higher `nature for many years. However, I dont feel that products have kept up with the latest developments and also I am totally disappointed that phosphadyl serine and other food state propducts are using soya. Cant do soya and environmentally it is no longer tenable. Consequently I am ordering fewer items from you as time goes on.

Normally I order off this site all the time. Deliveries can be slow to Ireland but this time the experience was terrible. I ordered and paid for my products over 3 weeks ago and have still not received them. When I chased the order I was told the first delivery was returned and another order would be despatched to me. I was then contacted by customs to say I had to pay a large custom duty to get them. This was not made clear when ordering.
