Friendly staff with good communication and competitive pricing. Unfortunately damage was done to both the walls of the home we were moving out of, notable scratches to our fridge door and a deep gauge out of our dining table leg. Our palms were also damaged/ bent beyond repair and stalks needing to be removed.

Great honest guys Highly recommend high quality service

Terrible experience !!! The distance between the Vmove and my home is only 3 minutes drive, they still charge me $95 for call out fee. My new home just 1 minute away from the old one by walking, we only need them to help us with big furnitures , fridge and washing machine( less than 15 pieces), two hours job they spend exactly three hours ($180 per hour). Of course I am not happy to pay $635 at all, the two guys arrived my home at 11:10 am , around at 13:50 I called their boss . The total time is 2 hours and 40 minutes . I explained we are happy to pay three hours without call out fee or two and half hours with call out fee, but the guy whoever on the phone He was very rude and blamed me for not paying. I hung up the phone and gave them $635. This is not my first time moving home but it is the worst!!! Most expensive and inefficient !!!
