They didn't process my order because the doctor has still some questions to me. That's understandable, but I don't have time to phone with their doctor, so I just left my order as it is since they won't process it anyway and continued to order to a different website. Here now comes a few days later, I receive an email saying they just shipped my order. Weird, so we just ignore the doctor's questions now? There should have been a communication telling me that the order will process. Now I cannot return the prescription and I cannot get a refund for it. Very dubious.
