Excellent , I ordered snow boots for my grandson, they arrived in a couple of days. We live in the highlands so impressive.

All packaged up nicely. It was a present for my grandson. It’s lovely, warm and fits well. It took a long time to arrive, due to Christmas post.

I ordered childrens hats and gloves and found the hats were too small. A quick phone call and larger sizes were organised. As soon as Cozy Mole received the small ones, the replacements were despatched. All done in less than a week and thrilled with the items I have bought. I would definitely use Cozy Mole again.
