Taste is aquired. Didn't really care for bcaa taste

I'm yet to even receive my product however I've bought from Bro Labs before and every time they over deliver and go above and beyond for their customers! It's thanks to companies like these that people can genuinely change their life.

This product is great, but it is taking longer than expected to get to my door step considering I chose 2-3 day shipping it took a week, but besides that I can't believe the results of this product, highly recommend it!!

Placed an order online and paid for express shipping. A week goes by and I had yet to receive tracking information (product was suppose to be delivered in 2-3 days) for a shipping upgrade I paid for. Send an email and received a response saying one of my products was on backorder. I advised when I made my purchase nothing advised any supplements were on backorder. No response... no response and then a receive an email from my bank stating I had been refunded from Bro Labs. So instead of communicating and getting my product out to me, they folded and issued a refund. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO COMMUNICATION. Use bodybuilding.com and prosource.net for all your needs, they are the biggest reputable companies and you won't have these issues.

I realized that my order was coming too frequently. One call fixed it. No questions,no hassles. The rep's name was Brandon!!

I've been purchasing items from this company for years. Quality stuff which will cost a bit more but if you have a half decent job it really isn't that much, plus you get what you pay for. Not only that but some cool people run the company so that's an extra plus.
