I specifically searched for a Canadian company for my graphics. I had no idea that the Canadian company closed and Kutvek never informed me. Communication was delayed, the website was not nearly as friendly or easy to use as many other competitors in the same market. My order took over a week and half to finally ship and that was without any customization. Now I have to pay customs duties for something I thought was coming from Canada. I have since ordered from a 2nd company and its been a totally different experience. I do not recommend Kutvek, shop around, there are many good companies out there, with much faster response time and don't hide where they are located so you know ahead of time.
