This is my first time shopping from Shuuk,and was a great experience. I bought few knitted and some cotton tops,all are top quality. I had to return some,due to wrong sizing.The customer service team were amazing and sent me return lable. I was refunded as soon I informed them that parcel is on the way. Thank you so much

Very good communication. The only negative side is not giving the sizes equivalent for exemple: What is L in Numerals. Could you please make a chart for both Letters and numerals sizes. I need an answer ASAP because I’m in a middle of ordering.

No return label. Company have kindly offered a refund I was unable to exchange item as there was no return label I think this was a genuine error and unlikely to happen again The review was a bit harsh from me, so would order again Company has done extremely well by contacting me Good customer service Thank you.

Edited review: Company sent me a refund to rectify the situation. Customer service was attentive to my concerns after posting my initial review. I placed an order and I never received it. I followed up with the company and have yet to hear any up dates on my order. The buying experience with this company has not been pleasant at all!

The items I ordered from Shuuk arrive quickly and look and feel just as they are described online. I have been very pleased with my orders.

The skirt was of excellent quality but unfortunately it's too big. I did try it on in the evening and thought it was fine, should have tried it on in the morning as too big. I struggled with the sizing used on Shuuk as some items are US sizing, sine European and some UK. Unfortunately when you look at say 42 it doesn't say what country. I did email Shuuk and I received a response but they didn't know and just attached size chart I'd already found online but it didn't help.

Shipping was lightning fast and items better than described.
