My package arrived with 2 missing items. If I had not complained, then I wouldn't get a refund. They said those items were out of stock. Why not take it off their website if those items are out of stock? Kind of misleading.

A bit confused on size you use, ordered 2 pants and thought i was ordering size 8 instead I received size 4, wish I was a 4 again due to this error. But for the rest of the items, happy with my purchase.

My order was delivered in a package that had what looked like a burn-hole in it that damaged the item inside. I took a picture of it, sent it in an email explaining what happened to Shuuk, and the next day, they processed my refund. The damage wasn’t from Shuuk, but happened somewhere along the way to my address. I greatly appreciated their quick action very much.

This was my first time ordering from this company and I'm really impressed! The dress I ordered is beautiful and fits me perfectly. I ordered in my normal size xsmall. It was shipped from Uruguay the whole way to my house in Pennsylvania in three days! I will definitely be ordering again.
