I’ve made many orders with this company. Several items I’ve reordered because I like them so much. The shipping is fast too. Have also returned several times and things went very smoothly with the Happy Returns. I had a problem with a recent return because I never received a QR code for return. Reached out to Shuuk customer service and they helped me resolve the problem. :-)

Shuuk has responded with customer service, called and emailed finally!! Sebastian Rodriguez -customer service rep- is sending me a new (larger) coat and has asked me to donate the coat I had received without my returning it to them . I now feel heard -and I feel happy in having dealt with Shuuk . -i do love the coat!! .
