My order wasn’t delivered

I think they may have gone out of business and not closed down the website - as placed an order and been charged, but order has never been dispatched, the email to contact them bounces back, and then no reply to the 'contact us' form. A shame. I will have to try and cancel the charge through my credit card provider.

Bought this for a friend. The delivery was super fast and my friend loved it! The experience of opening a box full of amazing products was so unique! And she loved each one of them from the Dulwich box, especially the candle, the chocolate and the gin! Definitely recommend it!

I bought 2 Dulwich boxes as gifts and they went down very well. Loved the products and packaged really nicely. Communication was really good, delivery above and beyond and extremely quick. I will definitely buy more as they make fantastic gifts and are good value too. Very happy, thank you.

Incredibly quick turnaround - I live in Brixton and got an email the day of purchase to arrange dropping it round the next day. The contents look really good quality and very happy to be supporting my local independent stores.
