I’ve used Logs Direct many times and have always been very pleased with the quality of Logs, customer service and delivery company. Great company.

Good service and product and the staff on the phone are very helpful and call quickly to arrange a convenient day for delivery. It would be great if they could at least give a morning or afternoon slot so you aren’t potentially wasting a whole day. The driver sometimes calls on the day to let you know a general time but an advance am or pm would be much better. Also if you order as often as I do, you quickly get a stock of pallets that the logs are delivered on but that the driver won’t take away. It would be very useful if the driver could take the pallet from you he previous delivery with him.

I have found dealing with Logs Direct by telephone and emailing to be very efficient. The ladies that I've have dealt with have been very helpful and friendly.
