Stephen Boyd has been excellent throughout. My father has sought advice from many companies claiming to get him his money back from miss sold timeshares and have only taken more funds from him. We can't recommend Stephen Boyd at Athena Law highly enough. Having tried unsuccessfully to exit our timeshare since 2017 we decided to seek legal help after we received the threat of court action from our timeshare company's solicitors in October 2021. Athena took on my parents case against Barclays to recover loan money for a timeshare mis-sold by Azure. They were very knowledgeable about how to make the claim and also get out of the existing contract. The case took a long time, but that was due to Barclays and the FCA taking their time. Athena supported us through the whole process and continually chased & kept us updated. Their rates were a non win basis and the % they took was lower than other companies were asking for.
