Im editing this comment because I thought it was a message to Baboi vs a public review. I am rating a 5 as they IMMEDIATLY responded to my email and review and reissued a order. They are extremely concerned about customer satisfaction and that goes a long way in my book. I really appreciate their approach and even changed carrriers so that there would be no repeat delay.
