Getting my insurance was quick and easy. The different levels of insurance allowed me to choose what was best for me, and the price was great for my budget.

The online process was simple and easy, the problem was getting to correct language my contract required for an additional insured entity onto the insurance certificate. The person (Rita) that assisted me was unable and unwilling to write the language I needed even though I wrote it for her. She instead referred me to customer service. Customer service (Richard) was great and provided me with the language on the certificate I needed. However, I checked my member portal today and the Certificate in the Portal is the same WRONG language that Rita first loaded. I need my Portal doc to be corrected and represent the correct language that I submitted to my employer. Just emailed Richard today. He has been very receptive and helpful, hopefully he can get the member portal docs to read the same as what emailed to me.
