For the past 2 years, I have been a student…learning to be a Pilates teacher. Covid has stretched my year long program into 3 years. After year 1, I was told I could no longer receive the student price. I called and appealed to the company due to the fact everything had shut down the month after my first weekend training. There were no exceptions. When I renewed this year, I renewed a week before my expiration date. I renewed…..responding to the renewal notice. To my chagrin, my new policy begins the date I renewed and not the date my old policy expires. I am still not working and getting paid, but I am practice teaching so I need insurance.
