Customer service was helpful in answering my questions. I was a bit bummed that their underwriters do not cover bootcamps. It's interesting that they won't insure bootcamps however they partner with a 3rd party company (FiTOUR) to discount personal training education, which includes Bootcamps. Otherwise, compared to other options that I had, this was most comprehensive, most inclusive and most helpful for what I needed right now as a trainer looking to get insured.

Everything went good except I needed to put the name of the company I am working for in the Box the reads certificate holder. So I called later in the evening and I gave the guy the information and he said he would email me an updated one with that information on it. I received no email.
