Only ordered a saw blade. It was out of stock but due back on Monday last (now Friday). Still not received. Poor service and communication on this occasion. Update: it did eventually arrive but had been backwards and forwards several times. Reason being apparently, it required a signature despite the fact it could have been left in the locked letter box or parcel bin. Thanks
