This was my first time shopping with Lusana and what a fabulous experience it was. This was an online purchase. I phoned the shop to enquire about the shoes and the assistant was very helpful and friendly. I purchased the shoes late on Thursday evening. The shoes arrived on Monday morning, beautifully packed.
