Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Left several voicemail follow-ups to discuss incorrect shipment and the manager hasn't acknowledged my request for a return call back for over 2 weeks. Very disrespectful on their part. Will not be ordering again and will tell others of my bad experience with this company.

I have ordered items from this site for my medical practice in the past and things were fine, but with the Covid-19 outbreak they have drastically increased the prices on their masks (10x or more the normal price) to take advantage of the hysteria. This is shameless profiteering in the face of an public health emergency. I will not order from them again.
My idea of bait and switch
I ordered what Medvet said was in stock. Then I called because my order was still pending. They told me they had a run on the product but had other choices for a much higher price. I would call the a bait and switch. I had used MedVet before but no more!
They screw up orders - inventory system way, way sub par...
I have ordered from these guys two or three times before and had no problems. The last two times I TRIED to order it was extremely frustrating - pull your hair out aggravating! I placed an order for about twelve items...order less than $200. I get an email saying that the one item I really needed was out of stock and the rest would be sent anyway. I email back and say "Cancel the order" and then I get another email from them saying they can have the $4 item drop shipped to my home for another $22.50.No way I am paying $26.50 for a $4 item and I am already paying extra for shipping. I email back in maximum font "Cancel my order!!!" A manager then calls me and says she will throw in a different brand they have in stock for $4.50. Figuring they were going to send the shipment anyway I said ,'Yes". Ordered arrived. Next time I look on line and order N95 masks for my church to have on hand. They are showing as in stock on the website. I place the order. One week later I get an email saying they are no longer in stock and will be removed from my order. WHAT!! A week later you can't find them anywhere because of the Corona Virus scare. Of course I cancel the order again this time. Nothing has appeared on my doorstep since. What's my beef? Their computer inventory system sucks big time. Most places I shop on line have up to the minute inventory listings. If you see it listed on their website - they have it in stock. These guys have someone to fill an order walk around in their warehouse looking for what's on the order sheet. If they can't find your item (which they may have sold to multiple people) they just take that item off your order (La di Da!) and tell you your order is on the way (minus the one thing you really need and the rest of the order is just filler). So now the ladies of our church are going into nursing homes to help the old and feeble who have the bronchial flu just wearing earloop masks. THANKS A LOT SHOPMEDVET.COM!
Great place to get syringes for meds.
Great prices, and they take flex spending account debit cards. I ordered the needles and syringes for my weekly injections from them and got exactly what I ordered. Less expensive than what the pharmacy charges.
Has no integrity now
This is a real review from a real (former) customer. I used to like this company but had issues with the last 3 orders. The last order was the final straw. I placed an order 4.25.19 and was told 4.29.19 my order would ship that day, 4 days after placing my order. Late afternoon, 7 hours after verifing my order would ship that day as placed, I was notified "they just decided to increase shipping cost on clearance items" so my shipping would go from $5 to $42. This is 4 days after I placed my order and they decided NOT to honor their previous shipping price and increase shipping 840%. What company goes back to a 4 day old order and decide to increase shipping cost by a very large amount? They change their website to reflect the shipping change 4 days AFTER accepting my order. Below is the email I received at 4:45 pm of day of promised shipment, 15 minutes before they close. What kind of company treats customers this way and doesn't keep their word on orders? "I was just informed that we have initiated extra shipping charges on the liquidation items because the prices are so low and the boxes are so big it raises the shipping charges. This information has been posted on our website. The extra shipping charge for your order would be $35.00 plus the regular $5.00, so a total of $42.00. Do you approve the extra charge? " Of course I didn't approve the increased shipping charge. Plus they said the extra $35 plus $5 they quoted for my order would be $42, no explanation of how the $5 went to $42 rather than $40.
Unrealistic delivery/fees
Placed an order for 'instock' items incl $10 delivery fee for international address. Was informed the items would take an extra 2 weeks and then when they were ready for despatch they said shipping would be extra $65 – ridiculous.

Ordered a stretcher and took months to arrive and only after calling them several times to get the ball rolling. I was informed the product was on back order, but each date they told me it would come in was incorrect (with them kicking the can down the road each time). When the product arrived, the pieces do not fit together correctly.

Love shopping here. I stock up when there are sales. Great prices, great customer service!!
