Don’t waste your time

I waited almost two weeks after ordering to be told that the glasses I ordered were discontinued. No offer to make it right, no real apology. Just wasted my time for no reason. Don’t waste your time with this company. You won’t get anything out of it.

1st and last time order

1st and last time order. I ordered on January 12th it is now Feb 24 my glasses are still “in lab” they had confirmation of my prescription on 1/18. I ordered pair of glasses from Lens Crafters on Jan 20 I have had them for 3 weeks now I think. This company is a joke, the response you get is such a canned response like click and this excuse sounds good, send. I have told then that if I hadn’t already paid my Visa bill I would have canceled. Yes the bill came over a month ago. No communication on their end either. At least a random update would be nice. I know my 400 bucks makes no difference but I will NEVER order from here again. I have already told friends and family. There is probably no point in even leaving this review. This company truly does suck.

Went to a brick-and-mortar optical chain and they did not have the frame in the color that I wanted. I took down the number and Frames Direct had it and it was $30 less!

Easy peezy!

It was super easy to send in my prescription, and a quick turn around to get my new glasses at about 1/2 the price of the local chain store...
