The wrong colour was send. I have emailed but no response

Great choice, great prices, super quick despatch and delivery...unfortunately the colours online aren't all that accurate so didn't really match what arrived, which was a shame. It's tricky with colours and monitors though, so not really a critisism of the service.

paid for 5 samples, 3 of the 5 are incorrect. Can't get a reply on the phone or their live chat feature.

Very disappointed. I have still not received my order nor the update on it that I was supposed to receive last Monday. I have no alternative now but to request a refund so I can go elsewhere as I need to make up the fabric before Christmas.

Quality material Clearly described. The photo first don’t be fabric justice. Fast efficient delivery service m Would shop again.

I ordered 6 meters of taffeta for an upcoming project, I only received 5 1/2 meters. I sent two emails,messaged them for the online chat WhatsApp group and rang ,but no response. So disappointing, when you buy something and pay for it you you expect to receive what you've ordered.. Won't be using them again.

Never received the goods this time.
