Response and service was good. Communication after I choose the vehicle and signed was not great, because I thought the car was sold to another client. Car very neat. I hope after sales is going to be much more better, because Aftersales is the major thing in a business. I have recommended Mercland to friends n family. I hope we continue to do business going forward because I am a Mercedes Benz person.

Mixed Feelings
The experience initially was good in as much Mercland have an extensive range of products, covering all styles and budgets. So if your after a good second hand Merceedes, then this is the place to come. Saw a low mileage 4x4 which suited me fine, used the online system to reserve the vehicle which worked well and arranged a visit, to check the vehicle out and have a test drive. Liked the car so agreed to purchase but like all second hand vehicles had a few concerns like two tyres were illegal, engine management light on, so made a list of items requiring attention and arranged a collection date. At this time also took out a 2 year RAC warranty which i thoroughly recommend. Service from the sales guy Vish was absolutely superb and came away a very happy bunny. Came to the collection day, Checked all the issues rsised and found all seemed to have been completed and to my amasement all 4 tyres for had been changed rather than the 2 needed, and the EML concern seemed to have been fixed. However after 3 days of ownership the Engine management light came back on so spoke to the service manager who stated he had fitted a new nox sensor and reset so all should be fine. As Mercland was quite a distance away, i took the car to the local RAC approved repairer who run a diagnostics check and found that the Nox sensor was inoperable. So pleased to say he got it sorted under warranty at a cost of around £500 but kept the sensor to show me as this had not been replaced by Mercland as advised by the dervice engineer and was clearly some years old. So it did take the shine off what would have been a 5 star review.
