A pleasant experience from start to finish from the salesman who advised us on options for heat pump installation, the admin staff in between who organized the installation and payment and the two installers (one electrical) who actually did the job. Agreed installation date was not met, 5 visits for installation to take place. In the end we found out that the unit was faulty and needed to be replaced however this was not communicated to us until questioned.
