Unhelpful, slow, dont reply or send request to loss adjuster for weeks

Anybody looking for help of loss assessor stay away. I have been dealing with these guys for a year. They are always taking weeks to reply or pass your request to loss adjuster. Even the email you send to them to forward to loss adjuster, you would hear after a week that it is not been sent because they are busy. You would employ them thinking that guys would help with claim however they end up creating more hurdle and additional level of bureaucracy for you. At the time of signing 2 gentleman visited my home saying they would be available for help, telling me how knowledgeable they are - now i am being told director does not have time for any talk. Anyway really bad experience, find someone else who is helpful and has time to assist you.

This is the second time we have had…

This is the second time we have had Oakleafe Claims come to our rescue. Cannot thank the team enough, especially John Goodwin, a honest, loyal and true professional. The stress was completely taken away from us by Oakleafe doing the hard work throughout our claim. Would very highly recommend Oakleafe a very friendly company who go above and beyond to help in any way they can. Thanks again.

My large rental property located up…

My large rental property located up north suffered a huge water leak and I simply could not manage my claim from London. I contacted Oakleafe and within 24 hours they made all arrangements to get the claims process started, install drying equipment and set up a meeting with the loss adjuster. The claim was sorted in no time and now my tenants are back in again. Personal thanks to Grant and Lee for the regular updates.
