I had a tired hp pavillion laptop, took it to dcl ltd spoke to keiran, after a chat as to what i required from my laptop, we decided it was time to upgrade the hard drive, installed a 500gb ssd at a very reasonable price. i would have no problem recommending there services. Great advise, good communication , keeps you upto date with the progress.

Very good! A member of staff down and still managed to turn my repair around in good time! Have moved to the midlands from the south coast and no longer have access to my ‘usual’ computer guy so am very happy to have used them and will continue to do so from now on. Nobody recommended DCSL to me but I recommend to you should you need a recommendation. Only suggestion I would make to DCSL is try to keep a few more bits in stock rather than relying on your 24h supplier, only so that someone can pop in, buy the bit they need and carry on with their day, as opposed to a full diagnostic service followed by a recommendation (which matched my original diagnosis). The upside of all this was at least you were able to tell me my PC was in good health and I got the upgrade I so badly needed!! :-) Great service and see you very soon for my next ‘project’.

I was very pleased with my experience with DCSL. They ran a thorough diagnosis on my computer and gave me some good advice, too. I also like their recycling policy that means that less stuff goes into landfill and more stuff gets used again.
