I haven't purchased yet but I've spoken to a couple of agents about technical questions and they've been really helpful

Michael on technical gave full and clear technical advice that I needed to pass onto my builder to rectify an issue. He had a great telephone manner and summarised our conversation over email so I could send correct info to my builder, as I'm not technical. Couldn't ask for more.

always use them, great delivery times and great product. used the technical chat today and Michael was on the ball. it did have a bit of a wait but I just browsed the products and put my order into the basket.

I ordered a lot of items due tonthe sale on the website and I am extremally satisfied with regarding the price of the products and delivery. Whole pallet which was really heavy came to me on 3rd day from another side of the country what is very impressive. Contact with a customer service was seemless, tracking number allowed me to track my order. I can fully recommend the store!
