Great fast service

Product great but shame about your chosen courier company Fed Ex Cost us a lot of time and money as people on site being paid to do nothing as product not arrived next day as paid for Alexandra Fed Ex said it only arrived at their Launceston depot on Thursday 5th and never left that depot until Monday 9th thats when they said there was no one about and just left it on site !! so someone is telling porkies here!! We had it tracked from beginning to end of delivery

I ordered a total of 6 separate underfloor heating systems for my flat at different intervals and have now fitted them all. Each delivery came very quickly and was intact. the systems were very easy to install for any budding DIYer. The company also has a tech dept for any assistance needed. I did have 1 problem with 1 of the thermostats which wouldn't power up, this was replaced immediately without any hassle. Excellent product with excellent service which is becoming rarer these days. Highly recommended product and a highly recommended company.
