The only thing I didn't like wasnt the storage facility it was getting there. The junk yard across the road is over flowing and not a very appealing sight when u pull up to the facility. Staff was nice and they are making lots of updates.

I made a reservations for a small unit on line weeks in advance. when I called the day before I was to move in I was told they didn't even that have size and if I wanted a storage unit I had to get the bigger one. how could this be. I did get one free month and the facility was clean and safe. I was disappointed I had to get the larger unit and they wouldn't pro rate the last month as I moved earlier . other than that the personnel there are very nice .
