Very Highly recommended! 6 week job in my circa £1.5m South Kensington flat involving complete strip-out & refurbishment of bathroom, kitchen, lobby& cloakroom plus removal of stud wall between kitchen & living room. 1) Competitive pricing - I invited 5 contractors listed with the Federation of Master Builders to tender for this job, receiving quotes from low thirty thousands to mid forty thousands - New Line was lowest quote. 2) Marek’s initial estimate turned out to be pretty much exactly what I paid - no inflation as job progressed. 3) Debris removal, plumbing, electrical work, tiling, wall & floor levelling, installation of cabinets, units & shower cubicle all done professionally & excellently. Extremely happy with finished look. Marek was very responsive to any questions, problems or issues I raised. 4) Marek utilised a user-friendly private building control professional to handle all the forms, applications, regulatory compliance & inspections required for certification of the work with council building control 5) Financial security - Marek provided all the necessary insurance documentation & was happy to complete a JCT contract with me (standard agreement between builder & client). Invited me to his house so no concerns he was going to run away with my deposit! 6) Saved money as didn’t have to pay for any parking for his team or for parking bay suspensions for skips & vans etc. Through care his team was able to remove without any damage an expensive (£2k) kitchen door, frame & architraves in order to relocate it to be used as a cloakroom door. A builder you can trust for high standards of work, service & integrity.

I am most impressed with the team from New Line Construction Ltd. Marek was extremely professional. I received a very prompt response to my advertised job, with a clear quote and plan. He attended the site to assess the job and completed the work within a matter of days. All in all a really good experience, we will definitely be using New Line again for future works and highly recommend them.
