I have had non-stop issues and bad service after the fact.

I have had non-stop issues with Contactually since starting. I've already invested HOURS of my time to excel document importing, creating templates, creating programs, etc. so it's hard to leave right away - but I'm looking at other options. The site is slow, especially on the contact page - and it's not an issue with my network connection. The history of what I've done is limited, such as viewing emails and where I've sent them. When I tried to email multiple buckets at once I experienced what I deem as a devastating issue where the email didn't send an attachment to about 150 of my most important referral-contacts. This may affect how they view me as a professional, and potentially negatively impact my business and my income. AND the issue happened while using Chrome, which is the browser I HAVE to use with Contactually. ALL this would be better if I could get service faster but instead I just get blanket emails saying that you "care" and "appreciate me" as a customer. If you care and appreciate me please call me when i'm having issues or allow me to speak with somebody IMMEDIATELY and get my issue fixed. Not just some random customer service agent in India who takes notes on behalf of somebody who can actually help and delays. I have zero problem with outsourced service but I need help FAST and I need questions answered. Your service is NOT worth anywhere close to the amount that I've paid and the time that I've spent.

Probably one of the best CRM's out …

Probably one of the best CRM's out there right now. Not complicated, very intuitive. Just too expensive to expand to teams. Going to Hubspot. It's free.

Pays for itself!

I've been using Contactually for a month now and it has already paid for itself. Excellent. It's never been easier for me to do my follow up. I love that it is linked to my gmail and reminds me to follow up with people I would otherwise would have overlooked.

it's very simple to use

it's very simple to use, the only things i don't like about it is that it doesn't automatically log phone calls and text messages outside of the contactually platform, which is a fairly big deal to me. otherwise it's great,
