I ordered 12 pairs of high quality walking socks as Christmas presents. They came in four batches, which would have been fine if I had been told this in advance. Two pairs of socks were the wrong colour, annoying but not a big deal. I accepted them as I could not be sure of replacements by Christmas. Nathalie was very helpful in taking my problem on board.
