Really good support and assistance when a gift card went astray in the post.

Made an order on line. When I attended the Tiso store in Leith, Edinburgh, I was met on entry by a male customer service attendee who approached me and dealt with my exchange for a larger size with efficiency and the minimum of fuss. Excellent service.

The training shoes I purchased I bought weee too small so I immediately returned them. Although I received notification they were returned in two days it was a week before I received notification that it’s could take two weeks for acknowledgement. I had asked for a larger size was received and email that a refund has been issued- what a pain! Would never use them again.
