Took back mens gloves thinking something wrong with RHS thumb spoke to a rather sultry and totally uninterested young girl my husband explained what he thought problem was she took glove rolled her eyes then said its got a lining that's what's up my husband asked where the gloves were she pointed big mistake there never point to something always take the customer to the item again very bad attitude from this girl. We got next size up which had 2 security tags my husband asked if she could remove 1 so he could try again the roll of the eyes I didn't imagine this because I asked my husband and he saw it too. She directed us to another till point to do exchange where we were assisted by a really nice helpful young man hallelujah someone with respect. It's only our second visit to this store and yesterday on our 1st visit I asked a young girl can you show me mens gloves and guess what she pointed to the stand and walked away. Apart from the nice lad at till doing exchange and the nice woman at the entrance door saying hello welcome our overall experience wasn't great such a shame as its a really nice store let down by bordering on rude staff.
