Fast efficient service but can’t redeem my outdoor experience card when ordering online.

Quick delivery, easy ordering and excellent service when I had to return an item that was the wrong size. Refund was speedy. Will buy from this company in the future.

Delivery was quick but it is taking a very long time to receive a refund for my return, which i had to pay for and organise myself. Not a very customer friendly service.
