Reliability and quality of merchandise is vital.

Reliability is vital and I have complete confidence in Tiso. The other great thing is the quality of what Tiso sells. I used to live in Edinburgh so could visit the shops. Now I live in Yorkshire and there is nowhere that I have found that sells the same high quality of garments. That is why I am delighted to be able to buy things on line.

Really smart bag

Really smart bag, exactly what I wanted and the G1000 fabric has already been put to good use. Great as a gym bag (inc shoes) without being huge and the internal pocket is just right for small toiletries. Quick service and delivery, very efficient.

Customer Service? No.

Bought a pair of hiking boots, to discover they are small. Apparently they run small. Oh well, no biggie. Returned the boots to the nearest store, but unfortunately no bigger size in stock. I was informed I could simply get a refund on my card. I double checked - part of the order was paid with a gift card, which *I no longer have*. I was reassured it could all go back on the debit card. Great I thought! (I find TISO can be quite expensive if you compare with other companies even for identical items.) With the confident reassurance I would be refunded I purchased new boots elsewhere. Only to discover the refund I received was minus the £100 of gift card contributions. I called customer services to inquire and the gentleman was very brusque. No apology forthcoming, no movement on the policy and heavy sighing when I had to get him to clarify how I could actually request a new gift card (not via him apparently - despite him being in customer service I had to email in to make the request.) Now THIS is what made me cross - customer experience is not just the purchase but the aftercare. When a mistake is made, apologize, try to make it right and if you cant because of company policy explain that nicely and for heavens sake don't audibly sigh or make it difficult for the person to work out how to receive their refund, even if its in a format they don't really want. I understand this is policy. I think its a bad one. But whats worse is being left now with a gift card I have no use for (I purchased boots elsewhere!) and ANOTHER policy that says the gift card must be used in a year or the balance gets wiped. And no choice but to spend that gift card with a company who don't really seem to care once a purchase is made. Bottom line : pricey even when comparing identical items elsewhere, and poor customer service experience. Will spend my voucher but not return.

Topeak E- Booster electric pump

Electric bicycle pump are very new and popular at the moment, and I thought I would jump on this trend also. I made my first mistake by buying a 'Chinese branded' pump....not cheap, but cheaper than some of the more well know Brands out there. Well,The gauge was NOT accurate 5-6psi out. Long story short.....got refund and looked again 🤔 I had seen the Topeak E- Booster and decided to make the purchase. The Topeak is the MOST expensive out there but I went for it anyway. I should mention that I already own a Topeak Digital tyre pressure gauge, which is reliable and accurate. Knowing this, is the main reason for this purchase. IS IT ACCURATE... absolutely YES 👍 I'm happy to say it's spot on, tested on my ebike, front 29" 2.6 tyre from flat....set to 21psi and checked against my digital tyre pressure gauge...both said 21psi 👍 I found the Topeak E-Booster pump instock and at the best price from TISO as this was my first purchase from them and I got a small discount on this purchase, everything went smoothly and would recommend there service. 5*
