I have been purchasing air cleaners and accessories from Atlas for 6 years. I have never had problem or question that was not promptly and courteously answered and resolved. Their great customer service is why I switched to them and continually refer others to them.

I've tried a couple of different brands of air purifiers from this company, looking for one that has easy upkeep, puts out clean air and has a negative ion generator. I've been somewhat disappointed by one I bought as it quit working before the warranty ran out. I did not bother to send it back although they offered to look at it. I tried a different one, a tower, with electrostatic air cleaning which I prefer as they are easier to clean... not a bunch of filters to change all the time. The first one started making too much noise from the little muffin fan that powers the air flow, the other one, just like it, seems to be doing okay so far (it's in the bed room where I want silence)! Another one, built like the very first one I bought no longer offers the electrostatic filtration, and has been changed to a HEPA Filter system instead. The plus for it is that it has an Ozone output you can turn on briefly to really freshen the air.

I'd seen good reviews on this model and when my cheaper ionizer bit the dust, I decided to go with Atlas. So far, it's great. No problems and easy to use and care for.
