Didn’t have everything I ordered in stock. Paid the £5 postage for what they did have in stock. When remaining products came in stock, I was charged £5 postage again. Cancelled order as I feel this is an absolute cheek.

Qality products, good choice, website a little sluggish. Delivery needs tweaking - I palced order on Friday, next day delivery would mean Monday, phonecall to sercice centre confirmed that; but order was not ready for dispatch until Tuesday. If that is how Parcel Force works, let the customers know so they can make better informed decisions. Customer service is priority in China, should be priority here in the UK as well. Stop playing catching up.
