I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Ferhat Ilen. I asked him to remove a small hump on my nosebrige but keep the shape of my nose and that I didn’t want an upturned ‘Barbie’ nose. When I woke up my nose was extremely upturned. He told me it would settle in but 1,5 year later it’s still the same! I had to have a revision to fix his mess and turns out he attached the tip of my nose to my nosebridge so it was impossible for my tip to ‘settle’ and go down! I had a horrible experience with Dr Ferhat Ilen and his assistant. Please don’t go here you will regret your decision like I did. Edit: I have received a message from the dr. threatening me to delete my review or he will take legal action against me. My Instagram pictures are not a true representation of the result because I had to heavily edit my pictures in order of my botched nose to look good. Hence why I didn't post any videos showing my nose. I send the dr. pictures of my nose showing the bad results and the extremely upturned tip.

Hello 👋 and many warm greetings to Dr. Ferhat and his team. My name is Hiam, and I traveled from America to Istanbul to have tummy tuck surgery with another doctor and in the last few days remaining I was recommended by a friend to see Dr. Ferhat, I was originally scheduled to have face fillers with him but I also wanted Ferhat to examine my face first and provide his recommendations. He instantly put us in his schedule the next day. From my first meeting with Dr.Ferhat I was shocked by his personality and friendliness. I instantly knew that my health and well-being was in the most skilled hands in Turkey. We both agreed to have fat injected to my face for permanent results. My nose has always been a little insecurity of mine in which I didn’t even discuss it with him but he saw that immediately and suggested the tip to be reconstructed. I was hesitant to go under general anesthesia again but he made it so simple and suggested that it can be done under local anesthesia and that it wouldn’t be a problem at all. I agreed right away. So, surgery day came I was fully awake, liposuction was performed on my legs to remove some fat (bonus 😃) to be used on my cheek, chin and upper eyelid, and lipo under chin. As I was observing the surgery the entire time I could hear Ferhat trying to relax me in his sweet voice, he would often tell me to relax and keep calm and that I am going to love the results ♥️ this brought so much joy to me I didn’t want him to leave from my sight as if I had known him for years, I trusted him. His operations on me were from most invasive to least and between each area he made sure to take breaks so that he successfully performs his operations- I loved that he did this instead of being rushed. Dr. Ferhat is the most down to earth, friendly, compassionate, intelligent, charming and greatest doctor that I have ever met in my life, he did not act overpowering or even have his white doctor coat on, being a Registered Nurse and practicing that for years I could tell right away that not only did I found the best doctor in Turkey but a highly skilled surgeon who specializes in in ENT. He is very confident in his career and is a surgeon who listens very well and suggests what is the best thing for his patients. What could I have asked for. He took the time to fully explain to me what was going to happen with my surgery and what to expect. After he performed successful jaw liposuction on me, nose surgery, and cheek fat injections I am happier then ever and love results. They were always welcoming and truly cared about my health. His office was very clean and relaxing and his nurses provided all of the instructions and materials I needed for easy home care, his coordinator Ali continued to check on me after I left to USA and if I had any issues or concerns. I did not want to leave Dr. Ferhats office, I wanted to stay with him- I am going to continue to see him for all my surgeries and will recommend him to anyone who I know. Dr. Ferhat Ilen and his office staff exceeded even my highest expectations, I highly highly 💯 recommend him to every single person out there. I know he will do his best for every single patient that he has and I miss him and the handling of everything so much 😢!
