Wildthings Collectables

After ordering 4 pair of earrings for €232,20 online, I could only wear one earring since the other pairs had a fastening very hard to use. Wildthing Collectables apologized for this inconvenience and promised to send the other 3 pairs with a normal spring closure fastening from Lisbon to Belgium. The package got lost and never arrived, but since I needed to be in Lisbon for summer I passed by the store myself and got the correct fastenings. It’s been a ride but finally everything turned out well, and I even bought 3 extra pieces.

What an amazing customer service!!

Love the jewlery! The look, the style, the quality, ... . And damn what a great customer service. I ordered some earrings, but the hoop ring was too hard for me to close. It was no problem sending them back, even when I made the mistake again. They gave me a code, so I could order again. Juul was very helpful and I could send him a message so if I ordered he would send me a clicking one. There was a free stud campagne, but I couldn't get it because of the code. No problem! Juul added it manually after I placed my order. They reply quick, very helpful and very friendly. Definitely ordering again!!

Love the jewelry and the brand 😍 Have been a loyal customer for years now !!
