All morning..

Very upset that Sakithma charged us over $500 to get a new security system while telling us that we have to hurry because the virus would take over everything! She was pushy and we didn't understand what was happening and I feel she took advantage of that.She went through our computer but it still did not work properly. With Owen he is the one that actually ran through our computer again and fixed it properly.

UNWANTED VIRUS!

I suddenly had a virus on my computer and had no idea how to get rid of it. Since I fell for a scam a few years ago and lost about five grand, I was uncertain how to proceed. A phone number flashed on the screen, but I had no intentions of calling that. Because my computer uses windows, I called Microsoft got Tech Center Plus. Even though I was leery to use a company, I’d never heard of, I felt I had little choice. It only took the technician 20 to 30 minutes to get rid of the virus and get my machine back to where I could use it. Of course there was a fee, but $260 to not only clear up the virus but to give me six months of service in case I had other issues, was definitely reasonable. They also called me back a week later to be sure my computer was still working properly.
