"All bookings include breakfast". This is what they advertise. That is until their allocation is all taken, then its room only. How do your know if their allocation has been reached? you don't. Booked two trips with them to stay a the Rock hotel in July. First booking all okay, second room only . Booked well ahead and even the Hotel itself offers breakfast if booked ahead. When I called and complained reaction was sorry our allocation had been taken and I would be required to pay an extra £35.00 for two breakfasts. To late for me to cancel as the airfare would have increased.

Did book up and received all the confirmation documents then received an email to saa the dates were not now available much to my ire but they sorted it out and all was o.k. so really pleased. Have used them before and will use them again, highly reccomended
