We got sent the wrong sofa

We got sent the wrong sofa, so asked for it to be taken back then when they took it back they showed scratch marks on the sofa that were not made by us, they said the refund was processed yet took another 4 days to reply and now only offer half of our money back!

Excellent customer care

In error, I ordered a chair that was too large for my bedroom. By email, I contacted Kleyo and received confirmation that the chair would be collected and I would receive a full refund. The chair was collected and payment was refunded. Thank you for your quick response.

Delivered on time but the quality isn’t the best

Ordered a sofa and was delivered within the dispatch estimated days. Would be 5 stars but the sofa quality isn’t the best and on delivery there was only 1 man (we live in a top floor flat with no lift) so it is lucky that my partner and I are young and was able to help the delivery driver.
